    Crash

You also need to add in the command into the YML file, although so far it looks good.

Yap, there's problem, you need to register the commands like this:

    Code:
    name: ScrapBukkit
    main: com.dinnerbone.bukkit.scrap.ScrapBukkit
    version: 0.2.1
    website: http://www.bukkit.org
    author: The Bukkit Team
    description: >
                 Miscellaneous administrative commands for Bukkit.
This plugin is one of the default plugins shipped with Bukkit.
    commands:
      clear:
description: Clears your own or a player's inventory.
        usage: |
               /<command> [player]
Example: /<command> - clears your own inventory.
               Example: /<command> Bukkit - clears Bukkit's inventory.
So your would be something like this:

    Code:
    name: commands
    main: com.bukkit.eagledude4.commands.commands
    version: 1
    commands:
      commands:
        description: blablalba
        usage: |
               /<command>
               Example: /<command> - blablalba.

    PS: Spaces MATTER !
