Re make: BloodMoons

What I want: I would like a re-make of the plugin BloodMoons by wide_load. The plugin had not been updated since minecraft version 1.4.7. I love the way wide_load implemented blood moons. Especially how he used a custom resource pack for red sky and moon. I attempted to updated myself, but my pc finally died off during the proccess, so i need someone else to do it.

I would like the re-make to include all of the features as the old one, including a config file to turn desired features off. I can host the resource pack if needed.

Ideas for commands: /blms reload, /blms start, /blms stop
