Problem/Bug rcon can't use mod command

    me and my friends start minecraft pixelmon server and setup web shop with rcon. it can use normal minecraft command like /give and more but can't use mods command like /pokeheal , /pokegive . here's a picture on cmd.

    ps : sorry for some bad English. i'm from Thailand. i don't know if this is the right forum to post so sorry if i'm wrong or something.
