Which do you think will come first? I'm starting to believe that Bukkit will skip an entire Minecraft version.
Dude... be patient. There is a TON of new code that was put into the 1.8 update. Even Mojang couldn't get it all right to get it out and split the update into two. Complaining about it and posting things like this is just going to piss off the people who dedicate their SPARE TIME to us by continuing to put out a FREE product. If you don't want to be patient and wait for them, by all means, feel free to hire someone to write you a custom java server wrapper for your server. Let us know how much money you wasted when you are done as well. Curious minds want to laugh at you.
