Rankup Plugin (READ BEFORE YOU SAY THERE IS ALREADY A PLUGIN FOR THIS)

Suggested name: Rankup

What I want: Yes, obviously there are other rankup plugins on bukkit. This plugin is different from the other plugins (I know many people say this while making a thread but this plugin really is)

Basically yes it's a rankup plugin with a config where you can edit rank prices so this would be the config:

#Ranks
  A: 0 #(default rank)
  B: 15000
  C: 60000

And so on and so forth.

But all rankup plugins have a certain limit on the prices before a certain thing happens. For example I use this one plugin as of now but once the price goes over 10million, it says:
"You need 2.5E9 to rankup"
basically not showing the actual price it's showing the price using exponents which most players won't understand. The reason for this happening is because the number is above Java's normal limit so without adding in a formater for it, it's going to display like that unless the plugin is made a certain way. (This is what my server host has informed me)

So hopefully a developer out there will take on this challenge and attempt to make this plugin
Commands and Features:
+ /rankup - Rank's you up to the next possible rank
+ /Rankup reload - Reloads the plugins config (if possible)
If someone is A rank when they type /rankup it will rank them up to B and after that C ect.
Edit-able messages in the config that say the following:
TopRank: '&aYou are at the highest possible rank!'
NotEnoughCash: '&aYou need <amount> to rankup!'
Rankup(global message all players can see) '&aUsername has ranked up to <rankname>!'

Ideas for permissions: rankup.rankup - Gives the players ability to type /rankup

You could also just ask the Authors of existing Rankup Plugins to add an Option to replace large numbers with the actual number.
