Ranks only in the world they got them in!

    Help! The rank plugin I have (paidranks) only gives the player the rank in the world they got it in!
    1. Player gets rank in hub world
    2. Success
    3. Player goes to survival world; rank back to default.
    I am using permissionsex and why is this happening?
