Rank Up Users after certain amount of time. If they are a certain rank?

    Sorry for confusing title. But I am looking for a plugin that is similar to something like AutoRank, or Ranker. However, I only want it to upgrade the players rank after time, only if they are the Member rank. Is this possible with the plugin already, or what I need a separate one? Thanks!

    Commands: Same Commands as Ranker or AutoRank.

    Yes ontime is perfect for what you want, I have it implemented on my server, works great
