Rank system wich hooks into PEX

    Minecraft version: Version 1.10

    Suggested name:     Ranksystem

    What I want: What I would like to see, is that when the player executes a command, it will show them a list of all ranks wich are made with PEX. For example: &7Available Groups: *next line* &cOwner. This would list all of the available groups.

    Ideas for commands: The commands wich I had in mind were:

    /setrank (shows all the ranks)
    /setrank <rank> <user> (sets players rank)

    Ideas for permissions:     server.setrank

    When I'd like it by: If possible as soon as possible (within the next week?!)
