Random plots in the whole world and leveling=bigger plot?

Heya!

I'm looking for plugin similar to old McNEXT. E.g:

1. When entering the server you will get random plot, e.g 10x10.
2. While leveling your account, you will get bigger plot, e.g: one level, plot bigger by 1x1 blocks.
3. You can claim any free plot that you find and automatically lose your old one.

Does something like that exist?
