Random crashes and lag

Hi !

My server have had huge lag for some weeks now, and it started since i changed host (could be the host but i decided to post it here anyways) to Redstonehost. It gives me the McMyAdmin control panel, so there isnt any log, but the only thing i see that could be wrong is this:

Also, the server crashes when random people joins, 5 days ago it was 1 user, and today it was one of my admins. Its weird and kinda annoying. Plugins i got:

Also, the support just said "it may be the [1185] plugins" but i've had this issue since 1.8 came out and we created our new world. It COULD be world/chunk corruption as they also mentioned before, but i want to see it from your point of view. so can anyone help me ?

 

If it is possible, try going to that location, place a furnace at that coordinate, and then destroy it again.
