Question Question regarding essentials sell system (important)

Hey there amazing Bukkit members and developers,

I would like to know if there is a way to setup essentials sell where players could sell the item in their hand, but the items that can be sold are limited, i only want to make a few types of items sellable to avoid economic outbreak, is this possible? And how do we do it?
