   Suggested name: PvPWhitelist
   
   What I want: I want a plugin where you can only pvp whilst holding (insert item), wich could be configurable in a config, this could be good for real-life based servers, but also for other servers?
   
   Ideas for commands: No commands needed
   
   Ideas for permissions:
   
   pvpwl.bypass (Bypasses and can hit with every item?)
   
   When I'd like it by: as soon as possible
