   Hey,
   
   we want to create a pvp zone, like an arena.
   
   I`ve tested WorldGuard, but I can`t create a pvp zone while pvp is disabled in the server config.
   
   Can anyone help?

   You can use WorldGuard to do this. You turn on global PvP, and then, in WorldGuard's settings file, make it so that PvP is disabled by default. Then, using area flags, you can make a certain spot PvP.
