Could some 1 make a pvp leader baords plugin with like commands: /pvp top and then it gives a list of who that killed most players (not monsters,animals that would be PvM)
This would be doable, and I would be happy to make it for you. Any specifications that you want? - Any commands other than /pvp top? - Permission compatible for admin commands? - If so, what type of Admin commands do you want? - I.e. the ability to turn off/on the tracking, etc.
Maybe some functionality to automatically give rewards at milestones or something? also /pvp playername could output Kills, deaths, favourite weapon, mostkilled. Also write to sql database so you could access the data from a php script?

Im currently learning to write plugins, and am going to try this as a first plugin. Please do go ahead and write your own version, as mine will probably be rubbish
