Solved PVP HELP

I cant seem to get my server to work with pvp
I have 26 plugins atm

CratesPlus, WorldEdit, Essentials, GroupManager, Multiverse-Core, WorldGuard, NightVision, NoCheatPlus, KitAdder, Vouchers, ObsidianBreaker, EssentialsProtect, BossBarReloaded, EssentialsChat, EssentialsGeoIP, EssentialsAntiBuild< MainteneanceMode, Vault, EssentialsSpawn, MassiveCore, SpawnerShop, SimpleRename, CommandSign, Factions, PlayerVaults, CombatTagPlus

Yes i have already check server properties

Please Help

 

If PvP is not working in general, maybe it would be your World Guard, there is an option to select the whole world. Not sure what it is though, also someone in the CombatTagPlus Plugin might be messing with PvP to try to stop people from tping out of PvP. You can try deleting that plugin and seeing if it works, and then re adding it if it doesn't.

Nvm i fixed it in the config for multiverse, i turned off the server then changed it then set it back
