   Basically - we need some kind of override node for all superperms plugins to support.
   
   I propose 'nyan.cat' as the ovveride node - anyone who has this permission will have all permissions.

   If a dev is going to make a change to their code to support 'nyan.cat', I would suggest they just add the global support for 'plugin.*' to their plugin.yml. Once all plugins support this, then there is no longer a need to have a '*'.
