   Im having problems with permissions and essentials I have installed both and i created my ranks within the restrictions of yml format. But for some reason when I or other players log onto my server no off the comands work and whenever i type a command such as /help it appears in red letters as if i typed in command incorrectly. I have teamviewer so if anyone could help please reply to this post.

   It sounds like you need either a newer version of Craftbukkit or of the Essentials plugin.
