Problem/Bug Problems with Grief Prevention

    Hello everyone, I have a bukkit server with mods running. I went to use an item called plant gatherer from the industrial foregoing, but it does not break the seeds, either from vanilla or agricraft / mystical agriculture.

    I checked the config file to try to fix it and I couldn't. I am also having problems that people without trust are being able to access applied2 systems under any type of permission. Could you help me set up?
    I'm running on version 1.12

    Modded servers are not supported by Bukkit.
