Problem with WorldGuard regions

Hi there,

I've been searching for a way to disallow people to do anything on a given area and only allow members to use chests, doors, chairs, ... with WorldGuard but i couldn't find any commands or perms to do so.
Does someone have the solution to do this or another plugin to propose ?
