Problem with map when teleporting far away

Okay so here's the problem, with the major update of craftbukkit 818, when I teleport to places
I need to work, the server starts lagging like hell but stops and return to normal when I return where I was before. It was working before the update. I post this here because I may get help.
I've also tried downgrading to minecraft 1.5 and the zone fully works...
Please, I request your help.

BTW, this is the error I get SPAMMED (like 100 in 1 sec. seriously! no jokes) when I warp there

I think this was one of the thing fixed with 860, try updating.

 

No i tried, doesn't work, but after several hours of research i've been able to find Chunkster
