Problem/Bug Problem Plugin Bukkit

Hello, I am beginner and I'm trying to make a plugin, it is apparently all right, but it has a problem that does not know how to solve ...

I created two commands:
/Send and /Heal

The "send" sends a message to the player, and "heal" healing the player (obviously), but when I run the command "heal" the two are executed, and when I run the "send" only it is executed .. .
