Problem : Pieces of the map disappearing

Hey guys
I'm not sure if I'm posting in the right forum, if not I'm sorry.
Well i host a local Bukkit server on my pc since february, and i have noticed a strange problem. Some parts of the map(i think it's chunks) disappear leaving a hole and teleporting somewherelse erasing what was there. I started a new map one moth ago but the same problem is reappearing.
Do you have some advices to avoid that or a clue about the reasons of this bug?

Basically mate, the chunk is corrupted. There are ways to salvage these chunks with certain plugins. Like so :

There really isnt a way to stop it, perhaps your putting to much strain on your server?

This will regeneratee the chunk as it was from the seed that's right? Is there a way to get back what was before it got gone ?
And i don't have so many trains on my server (many rails).

 

That doesn't mean chunks are corrupted. Sometimes when you teleport a chunk will simply not appear for whatever reason. Try rejoining and see if it's fixed (which it should be).

 

Well maybe the chunk is not appearing (even for everyone?) but there is also some chunks appearing on the map (erasing a part of a building for instace), i think they are moved from one place to an other but i don't know why.
