Plugin Help PrisonRankup Problems

Hello,

I have been making Minecraft Server with a couple of my friends and I can't figure out why it wont let you rankup to next ranks, when the person has a Prisoner-A rank. We have tried many things and we dont know what the issue is. It says that You are already the highest rank its not the highest rank because its at rank ''Prisoner-A''. If someone could comment and help, that would be awesome.

What plugin are you using for ranking up an please post configs will help us alot to resolve issues.

Didn't realise it said Prison Rankup.... still the config files are needed to be able to look for any mistakes whoch is causing that.
