Problem/Bug Prefix On Groupmanager

Help! My prefix won't show. What should i do?

I'm using Plugin: HellsCore, SupplySign, ColoredSigns, BarAPI, iConomy_Recreation, RankDisplayNames, HellsEdit, LuckyBlock, GroupManagerX, Lockette, PvPToggle, AutoLapiz, MultiWorld, SkinsRestorer, Itemizer, WorldEdit, ArcaneEnchants, AntiXRay, OpenInv, ClearLag, LanguageAPI, EndlessEnchant, PermissionsEx, Vault, MassiveCore, KillRewards, CreativeGates, Jail, Scavenger, WorldGuard, Essentials, SignChestShop, ProtocolLib, Citizens, Shopkeepers, EssentialsChat, ProtectionStones, QuantumConnectors, RPGItems, ChestShop, HolographicDisplays, TagAPI, EssentialsXMPP, EssentialsProtect, EssentialsGeoIP, EssentialsAntiBuild, ServerSigns, EssentialsSpawn, ScoreboardStats

It not work

It show [default] ReatorTV prefix is not change to my setting. My english is suck i'm from Thailand. And now when i wan't to change prefix with command /manuaddv it show "All command are locked due to an error. Check plugins/groupmanager/error.log and try a '/manload' "
