Potion effects on being injured

    Suggested name: DamageEffects

    What I want: I'd like to see a configurable plugin, where you can set a custom potion effect with probability (it may wappen, and may not happen) for every type of damage. Also, multiworld support (so potion effects occur in selected worlds only). And effects on set levels of HP.
    Let me explain. I am a huge fan of DayZ, and I'm creating DayZ area on the server using DayZ plugin. But I also want to make effects, like being "bleeding" (poison) when hit by zombie, some effects AFTER bleeding (when you are left with 10-15 HP (players'd have about 60-75) you'll be slow, you'll be blind (blindness), etc.), or like getting very slow and bleed after falling from high places.

    Ideas for commands: No commands needed for this plugin.

    Theres a plugin called infected which does this

    I will work on this tommorow. And infected does not do what he wants it to do. It only adds potion effects if a specific mob attacks a player. That mob will add potion effects to a player
