Portfowarded ip not leting other people in! PLS HELP!

I port fowarded my ip in canada, but since we have a house in mexico and we came here for christmas, i portfowarded my server here. i went to ip chicken and got the ip from there, nothing.
for me i could log in but when my friends tryed to, they could not log in.
back in canada i went to ipchicken and that ip that ipchicken gave me let me log in to my server,
but its not working for here mexico

If they're closed, then try port forwarding again, making sure you have the correct ports open.

 

it said could not find port

i go to ip chicken and that port is the one that dosent work
