Plugins for new server

    Hi
    I set up a new server for my website and i'm looking for a couple of plugins.
    I need a plugin that allows ranks on the server, for example
    Admin, Builder, and so on...
    I would also like users to have their username display in a different color than white
    as it would make easier to read the text.

    If you could help me i would appreciate it.
