Is there any plugin with auth players that is compatible with enchantment (didnt delete enhantment form items). If you know any other economy, xp modify or other plugin please post here.
Seeing as 1.9 is not released yet, bukkit does not support or promote any builds that are compatible with 1.9, therefor making it impossible for plugin devs to officially submit any plugins that use enchantment or anything else introduced in 1.9 pre-release builds, as all plugins have to be compatible with promoted builds. There could be a few plugins that do things with enchantment, but I really doubt there are, and upon searching I didn't find anything like what you wanted. So, you will probably just have to wait.
A lot of plugins are, not sure if there is a dev build for 1.9 though. Best way to find them is through trial and error.
