Plugin Update to 1.9 - FarmAssist

FarmAssist 2.3 by itsatacoshop247 needs an update to work with Spigot 1.9.

The author's signature says he is no longer doing anything Minecraft related and plugins are up for grabs and still has source code.

The plugin was also published under the GNU Public License v3 which means its allowed to change/share the code. Basically double-coverage from a legal perspective.

Is there anyone that can update this plugin to work with the 1.9 crops? The plugin still works as designed, but just doesn't have the config/permissions defined for the new crops.
