Plugin to make Enderchest Smaller?

Hi, one of my servers is a kitPvP server and I would like to make the ender chest storage size smaller. I'm wondering if there is a plugin to do this as I have searched around quite a bit and have only found ones to make it bigger. I have looked at some of the ones to make them bigger in hopes that it may just allow me to configure the size and thus just make it smaller. Any help would be appreciated
