Plugin title conflict (wasn't a problem before)

    My plugin is SignTP. A few minutes ago I decided to put a logo on the plugin; the image file was rejected, with a red notification saying that there apparently exists another SignTP.

    This certainly wasn't a problem at the creation of my plugin. Moreover, the other SignTP has been abandoned, and was last updated two years before mine.

    Any chance I can keep my plugin's name and upload my logo?
