Filled Plugin that makes speed of hoppers slower/adjustable

    Suggested name: Hopper Slow Down

    What I want: I was looking for a plugin that could make hoppers transfer items slower which would make my server lag less. Any other questions please ask me.

    Ideas for commands: No commands needed for this plugin.

    Ideas for permissions: none needed
    When I'd like it by: Anytime sooner the better:)
