   Hello,
   
   I am currently in the process of making a server and I have this room that I would like to display the staff. I downloaded Citizens and was able to create the NPCs, but half the time they do not have the skin, and whenever someone logs out and back in the skin is gone.
   
   Is there another plugin that I could use?

   its common for any "npc" plugin to lose the players skin as it needs to enter a database which can be down or have a runtime error, usually these lack of skins dont last long till they return.
   
   I think its safe to say that citizens is the best when it comes to npcs that look like players
