Plugin that Auto Backs Up and Saves the Server

    I have seen a plugin on other servers that automatically backs up the server, saves the server, and restarts the server on other servers before, but I never knew what it was. I really need this for my server, because I have a lot of lag if the server goes without being restarted for a while...
