Why don't you start doing some research for plugins. You have made countless plugin requests for plugins that have already been made.
sorry..... i was going to use worldportals but i saw it broke one of my plugins..... so i wasnt sure of any other ones......

Look at the features of VariableTriggers. It can make portals...minigames...anything practically. Someone made a DeathRun mini-game from Call of Duty with VariableTriggers.
