A plugin were you have a dispenser and iron blocks behind it and you put a sign on the back of the iron blocks - like this [Torpedo] and its able to fire in the air or underwater and blow up stuff underwater too. it shoots blocks that slowly move it 3 x 1 like (Redwool,Greywool,Greywhool) and it go straight in till it hits a norther block than air/water if you can find/make a plugin like this i would love you forever THANKS!
