[Plugin Request] SupportTicket

I need a new server plugin that works like ModTRS for bukkit 1.2.3 r0.2. I would like it to have the same commands as ModTRS and i would also like it to be compatible with PermissionsEX and have permissions i can assign. I can't build plugins yet, still have a long road ahead of me, and i also told my server staff that we will be updated to BB 1.2.3 R0.2 so the faster the better, thank you.

What exactly do you want? A plugin that works like something that already exists even though this post is outdated (I've been looking over somethings) You haven't been clear on what you want at all. You basically asked for a duplicate of a plugin? Correct me if I'm wrong
