Can someone point me twords a plugin that is like /say but with a cool down that I could give to my server admins. Thanks!
sammyg7241 I'm pretty sure there is an indirect way to do this. I think PermissionsEx does permissions cooldowns and stuff like that. Not sure if that'll work how you want it, but otherwise, I'm not aware of this exact plugin.
