As the title says, this idea is for a plugin which would allow a player to combine their enchanted items to get a single item with the previous enchantments of the two. The items would have to be the same type, and the enchantments would have to be compatible. If one wanted to go all out with the plugin, they could even make it a spout affair, which would involve a special kind of table which would also need consumables to perform the operation. If one wanted to combine 2 iron swords, for example. One had smite, the other had knockback. They'd need to put the two swords into the special table, as well as say, 20 iron ingots (definable in the config) and perform the combination. The plugin could also tap into iconomy or any economy plugin, to allow there to be a set price for doing so, if enabled. On top of that, higher enchantments would cost more, and getting third and fourth enchantments could require more materials, and more money. All of that is up to the dev, however, should they decide they want to make this idea a reality. -Caid.
