So I've recently bought a new server (1.12.2) and for the past three days I've been wanting to pull my hair out. I've been having issues with just the beginning stuff (Permissions, groups, prefixes, etc.) and I'm here to ask a question. From personal experience, what would be the best route to go with as far as permissions and prefixes and things like that? I've tried using PermEx and its just too daunting and someone referred me to using LuckPerms and I've had just as little luck with that. If you have any questions to anything I've left unanswered (I'm sure theres plenty), feel free to ask! Thanks in advance for your reply!
@ThePaperBox Prefixes: set them up one by one, test them, then go to the next one. Permissions: Do them plugin by plugin, don't overload yourself by adding 20 plugins and having to configure them all. Use the luckperms web interface, stay out of the files!
