Problem/Bug Plugin HELP!

    Hi, i am having issues with two plugins, citizens and iDisguise...
    I am running a modded server running 1.7.10, and i've tried to download the plugins, yet they don't seem to work... I have tried the 1.8 versions and the 1.7 versions. any idea on how to fix, my modded server is kind of dependant on these to work in the future...
