Well See me and my Friends play on my Server and Its real Fun, the plugins work great and everything and our favorite is the Gernal plugin and we Are definantly waiting for Craftbook. THEN! the plugins stoped working i made my server run mroe RAM to see if that would fix it but it didnt and on the console it says it loaded my plugins??? here is a picture of my Console:

Your picture is blocked for me (at work), so I can't see what the error is. And anyone else getting that error and searching for it will not be able to find this post for a possible resolution, since your error is in picture form. 3. We'll need a little more information on all this. (IE, Bukkit build number, plugins installed, server OS, network layout, java version, troubleshooting steps done so far, resources you've already checked, things you've already searched for, etc.)
