   Plugin's name suggestion :
   PngSkins
   
   Commands:
   Plugin with command for reload, like /PngSkins reload
   Plugin with command for help, like /PngSkins help
   Plugin with command for get skins per file, like /Skinfile (Playername) (file/skin name).png OR /PngSkins skinfile (Playername) (file/skin name).png
   
   My idea is that:
   1.Put your (skin file name).png file in the plugin's folder
   
   2. Do in your server : /Skinfile (Playername) (file/skin name).png
   
   Things would help the plugin stay popular :
   Appears the skin for the player,
   Appears the skin for others players

   @Tanzanite_Fofo This is not possible.
   We can only change the skins to the ones currently being in use by a player.

   We can't put skins in files and use them.
