Another user, @ZP18, and I have decided to create our own development team. This team will be used for
experience, and will not be a payed role. There are a few requirements you have to fall under before you contact, and we will mention those later. We will work on whatever our team members assign, we would all have to approve, which might be from the Plugin Request section, a starting up network, or just to help someone out. There will always be a different leader in every project.

Our Requirements:

• Intermediate, or higher, knowledge of Java and the BukkitAPI

• Be willing to cooperation

Our Terms:

• Any member may leave at any given time, but they may not take full credit of the groups work even if they work on parts of it or change the credits throughout the plugin such as the plugin.yml.
• Not participating in a project within 2 weeks will result in a removal of the team. With the exception of a notification this will not apply.
• No selling a plugin and/or asking for a payment for a plugin both will result in removal of the team. This is after all a team that works for experience not for money!

I'm not good with NMS. However, I've been programming with Java and JavaScript for about 5 years. Here's some example Java projects:

I would love to be a part of your team. I have never worked on a team before, but i feel like i can, also it would be a great experience for me to learn. I have programmed Java for around 2 years, JavaScript for 3. I still have a long way to go. Anyway, here is a plugin i made for my server recently, it's not published but it's on GitHub:
