   MCTSS

   When i Type /plugin or /pl all the plugin names come up as green but one (it comes up red)
   
   Why is that? That plugin does not seem to work too,
   
   Can anyone help me Fix it?

   You shouldn't be using Permissions 3. As you can see, it's inactive, and its developer said that he wants it dead.
   Switch to bPermissions / PEX (both have converters)
