I was looking for a tool that would allow server owners to see what plugin is sending what messages, controlling what, etc. I can't seem to find one, so I believe no one has made anything like this. Seeing as how this would be really helpful, I was surprised by the lack of resources concerning this topic. If you know of anything like this, or similar, I'd love a link.
