Plugin Category Mouse Over Descriptions

    I know that bukkit dev is basically a curse tool, so I'm unsure if this is the correct place to suggest this, but it'd be great if the categories had a description that displayed on mouse-over. That way a user can know what to tag their plugin as, besides having to just work with category names.
