Plugin: A Multiworld Plugin That Has Separate Plugins & Settings For Each World

im trying to make a server that has a creative and roleplay server on both sides, a major upgrade to my server big minecraft >> http://www.big-mc.co.cc but it'll be cool if someone makes a plugin that has differant plugin folders for differant worlds + a plugin folder for both so you can put like multiworld in it...

For example

Plugins

Creative
essentails
world edit

Roleplay
LWC
Levelcraft

It'll be awesome 2 servers in one separate from each other if you make it TELL ME!

I dont think this is possible done by a plugin, but really would be awesome

 

Why not just add different permissions to each world and just mirror the users folder [Group Manager]
