Plot Plugin with levelup

Hello!
A few months ago I used a really nice plot plugin. The plot owners cant build on it but they can level it up for some money. Does anyone know how its named?

If I have leveled it up then there was e.g. larger chests on the property. You could level it up by typing a command. If you had enough coins, then it was rebuilt.

 

@zugelaufen if you want somebody to fulfill this request you have the task to describe it as clear as possible. "e.g. larger chests on the property" is not enough to understand

1) how a plot should look like
2) how many levelups there should be
3) what effect every levelup should have.

Somebody will create something for you and so you should be the one describing every detail you want. And of course you should stick to the README
