   Hey guys I am trying to make a subcommand for plot claiming for world guard
   I am trying to add a /test plot claim which claims a plot for the plot price
   /test plot list which lists you plots
   /test plot add <player> adds a player to the plot
   and if a player is in the plot have an entry message saying the price or if the plot is claimed say the owners name.
